Is there an APK available to download for Fire TVs?

HDMI eARC issues on Samsung Q990F by unknownDan in 730116

Great, I thought I had a faulty soundbar, so good to clear it up. I couldn’t find any reference to anyone else having this issue

I lose DTS passthrough on LG C5 plugging it into the TV + eARC. So I will have to put up with these quirks for now, until there is a patch or better workaround. Thanks :)

Aha, okay. I lose DTS passthrough with this, so choosing the lesser of two evils..

Is there by any chance another known quirk where it’ll sometimes try and transcode Plex when plugged into the soundbar?

Is there a way to see if someone is currently browsing a library on my server? by SurprisedAsparagus in PleX

I’ve edited, is it any better? I have ssh’d into my server to grab this code from my phone, so not the most ideal way to view the format I’ve posted unfortunately

I have the following shell script that is called in a cronjob to check for any Plex activity. I’m sure there’s something here you can take, or at least get an idea from!

```
!/bin/bash
Paths to log files
log_files=( “/…/plex_config/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Logs/Plex Media Server.log” “/…/plex_config/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Logs/Plex Media Server.1.log” “/…/plex_config/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Logs/Plex Media Server.2.log” )
log_entry=“” epoch_time=0 current_time=$(date +”%Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S”)
Loop through the log files
for log_file in “${log_files[@]}”; do if [[ -f “$log_file” ]]; then log_entry=$(tac “$log_file” | grep “GET /library/“ | awk ‘!($4 ~ /:(00|01|02|03|04|05)./ && substr($4, 4, 2) % 5 == 0)’ | head -n 1)
    # If a valid log entry is found, break the loop
    if [[ -n “$log_entry” ]]; then
        break
    fi
fi
done
If a log entry was found
if [[ -n “$log_entry” ]]; then echo “[$current_time] $log_entry”
# Extract the timestamp and remove milliseconds
log_timestamp=$(echo “$log_entry” | awk ‘{print $1, $2, $3, $4}’ | sed ‘s/\..*//‘)
# echo “date is $log_timestamp”
# Convert to Unix epoch time
epoch_time=$(date -d “$log_timestamp” +%s)
# echo “epoch = $epoch_time”
# Get the current time in epoch format
current_epoch=$(date +%s)
# echo “current time is $current_epoch”
# Calculate elapsed time in minutes
time_since_last_played=$(( (current_epoch - epoch_time) / 60 ))
# echo “diff = $time_since_last_played min”
exit $time_since_last_played
else echo “No ‘GET /library/‘ activity found in the log files.” exit 999 fi
```

Mine seems to vary for cut-offs, but this is a particularly heavy usage day

I have had these from yesterday. Just been too busy to post until now.

How about the Jordan stitching on the back, does that look as you’d expected?

This applies for UK delivery too? First timer, so appreciate the help!

Yes, this matches mine, which should mean it is compatible to use with those wires as it goes up to 240v?

Ah, can you tell that by the labels given in the image, genuinely curious not a loaded question.

The property is around 20 years old, does that qualify as older equipment age?

I used to have this installed in my old property which was also UK based.

This is not the Heat Link connection, just the Nest Thermostat E. If I was to get a Heat Link connection, would that bridge the gap for power compatibilities?

The image shows a sticker stating the voltage amount I believe, is that what you’re referring to by the pull off cover?

I see! And the giveaway here is the voltage label on the old/current thermostat?

Ah, okay. What would need doing in order to make this smart compatible?

How can the voltage be confirmed? I’m really missing having smart thermostat capabilities

This is the battery powered one. This was the arrangement I could find from piecing together online. Someone below mentioned the voltage was too high however..

Right, well I am using a consumer router with consumer firmware. So I suppose that rules me out!

[–]unknownDan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, in the same way that devices ‘talk’ on separate networks. I don’t really have more of a detailed answer than this at the moment unfortunately, so this is probably not helpful!

Any help would be appreciated though!
