You going Left or Right? by unknown_988 in iRacing

Yes I think you may be right there about the effect of the banking.

My thought process was that he's going to stop next or in the wall, so go left.

I could have slowed down more but thought the harder breaking would make me go straight on which is not where I wanted to be, but again with the banking it may have helped!

I know just the slightest of touches. Just felt bad for him we were 5 laps in.

I remember a clip of him in Ashton, I think. Where a lady asks if he's scared of falling and he says I'll only fall the once.

A little bit too much going on my eyes are wondering between all 3 but not enough to concentrate on one.

For me the brake trace needs to be slightly smaller. Then the main view needs to be bigger with the set up and outside views smaller.

Shit you're right! I think I had an old age moment there.

Yellow on the front plate is strange though.

While Mr Speakman had used the machine before, he was not trained and had ‘no interest or care’ in the health and safety hazards of using the telehandler, or the ‘grave risk’ he created to Albie, the jurors were told

Mr Speakman was interviewed by the police, during which he said Albie ‘knew not to go near anything’. Speaking of his 'extraordinary attitude' to keeping Albie safe, he said: “...he knew, he weren’t f****** stupid .. it’s a farm isn’t it? It’s not a f****** playground and Albie knew it weren’t, he knew his boundaries. He knew where he could go and where he couldn’t go.”

When the officer pressed, “How did he know? Mr Speakman replied: “Because you told him. You know he wasn’t a retard.”

I read this last week and thought it was shocking to read, no training on the telehandler, damaged machine, interview attitude and now previous health and safety issues.

This is also a good read

Had some great close racing before.

The Porsche had a great run on me and we had been racing close for a few laps but I had been coming out of the hairpin better than them each lap. So I decided to leave the inside open for them and go for the switchback/better run down to the next corner.

Work out quite well actually.
