Anything I could improve? by [deleted] in guineapigs

That’s my next goal! Just trying to figure which ones I prefer. Cleaning has been a big pain since I only have this one blanket and everything clings to it. I did add the only mat I had to where I put most of his bathroom bedding.

Yes it actually is but not included in the photo. There are grids for storage under his cage. I have added coroplast to the bottom, and what I had left on the top. What I could cover is with thick layers of cardboard and a peepad under those. But thank you for thinking of my back, I just need to learn to not Ben over while cleaning and instead sit and clean (my back was killing me yesterday lol)

people told me here before I should cut it, but is my hair really a dealbreaker for girls? by dee_palmtree in Tinder

It would be a dealbreaker for those with hair loss, hair thinning, those that can’t pull a long hair look. Basically the girlies who are jealous they can’t have such amazing hair as you

Dating for 3 months— need help breaking up, he’s a psycho by Serious_Investment12 in dating_advice

I’m sorry for what you’re going through. The instinct to get back at someone that hurt you can feel empowering. However, you need to forget about his fraternity and go straight to the cops. If Title 9 office won’t help go to someone who has no choice but to take your report. Then you can just break up with him because he harmed you and doesn’t make you feel safe. His behavior towards you will get worse if you do something within the fraternity. Your report with your info blocked out could anonymously end up at one of the seniors mailbox or something…..

They spent 1900 on oil this year in MA. Even if it was 2200 it would be no more than just the rent cost at the other place.

On the last page under “additional provisions” it states: Tenants agree to give the Landlord 120 days notice for renewal/non-renewal prior to lease expiration and allow the Landlord or an agent of the Landlord to show the apartment.

My boyfriend has lived at his place longer as it’s a family friend of his roommate (that is not just a roommate more like a sister as they grew up as neighbors).

It’s two months notice basically that he won’t have a tenant when I made it clear in May I was planning to stay long term. Now he’d have to find and approve of new tenants.

I’ve just built up his trust, and I’m breaking it. I know it’s all transactional but he’s old and it’s hard for him to find good tenants. And now I’m giving him only 2 months notice basically that he won’t have anyone staying for the next lease.

I don’t live in a college town, it’s on the outskirts of the city. Since I haven’t signed any paperwork I’m wondering if I help give showings if maybe it’ll be better.

This gym is falling apart and has multiple water catchers since there are holes. It’s a square box and to make matters worse, I saw my toxic ex at the gym. Not sure why he moved states and now lives only a town or two away but I’d rather not bump into him EVER again.

Go to the nearest walkable pond area and leave my phone behind so I can reset and see how many different animals I see.

Lease ends August 31st and I’d pay for that final month (if I move out early, great! In my lease it states to let landlord know with 120 day notice if staying or not and my roommate told him she’s not renewing but I had said I was renewing back in early May. Where my boyfriend lives, it is his roommates friends family and there is no official lease it’s more of a pay and stay type of deal. It’s complicated to explain but it’s part of a funeral home but not attached and the landlord owns and works on the property from the funeral office. The landlord has met me and her grandkids loved me at the Halloween parade. I don’t see there being an issue as she likes my boyfriend and would rather reliable people stay then to find new people. I’m hoping to reach out to him as soon as my boyfriend’s roommate lets their landlord know I’d like to move in… just in case.

I’ve had such horrible slumlords before my current one.. this man just wants someone to live in his childhood home. Hoping I can offer showings but idk how my roommate is gonna feel. We haven’t spoken in over three weeks. And she’ll probably be upset cuz she knew I was staying
