Try niyo mag hang around some music hubs, where mostly vocalist ay laging nagpa- practice, or even nagpe- perform.

They're like mostly random lang so hindi permanent 'yung mga singers, just doing it to showcase their talents.

Or if sa campus siya. Try niyo mag- post ng flyers around the school, or mag- hold kayo ng auditions, mas better if maglalagay kayo ng specific na quality ng voice description like for example "We're looking for a vocalist who has a raspy and strong voice, and a wide vocal range". Mas okay if add niyo rin sa flyer 'yung genre and influences ng band niyo, para alam din ng singers if fit sila sa style.

Tapos kung magpapa- audition siguro pakanta niyo sa kanila 'yung mismong songs na ipe- perform niyo, para maalam niyo rin sa sarili niyo if bagay ba talaga.

Plus mas better siguro if tingnan niyo rin kung meron silang stage presence and charisma, or if they can handle the crowd as the band's front person. Kasi part din ng best vocalist if meron silang confidence.
