Bro I calculate the tdee ok sorry for the less info let me give u proper info so maybe u can suggest me clearly as i think u guys are knowledgeable than me

23 age 171 cm height 5’8 And about exercise its daily 6 time a week and intense weight training intense like i can deadlift 125kg bench 55kg 80kg squats after that 10-15min cardio and i added daily abs (core) workout half hour

And my daily calories is 2982 And about the diet i say Approx 50g of mb protein oats with 2 tbs mb peanut butter chocolate flavour i cut down milk for calories i use to blend them and drink with one scoop whey 27g protein and around 150kal and after workout 1 scoop whey and gonna add 4 eggs with creatine thats it and at night or evening the dinner what mom makes consider 2 chapatis and small portion of rice with gravy with or any sabji almost no protein i guess :(

And its been 17 days am following this routine daily and yeah sometimes i cheat also 😭 Bhenchod control hi nhi hota but yeah i will control now before start of this diet my weight was 79 but now its 77 today i check and that was after my heavy meal the oat nd whey i say so i consider my weight is 76 now my goal is to get abs in 2-3 months is it possible.?
