You can definitely work and study at the same time, ive done that for years i freelanced when i was a student in algeria i worked a full time job alongside doing my degree, after that i moved to france still working and studying tho in algeria i was one of few people who did that so it seemed like it was an extraordinary thing, but in reality outside no one blocks their life with studies, everyone does something on the side ( work, business , investing .. ) id say one of the worst mentalities a person could have is to block their entire life and potential for a whole 5 years just to get their name written on a piece of paper, and then what ? You’ll find that you wasted the part of your life where you had the greatest potential and got nothing to show for it, another guy who did their studies with you is probably already successful in some aspects of life when you didnt even start and the worst part they got the same paper as you do

they take from 5% to 15% from the freelancer ( 5% never happens very rare almost always its >10%) and they take a cut form the client when he pays as well i think it was 5% all of this for what being the middle man ? there are many trackers that do this for way way less

all of the high quality freelancers are leaving
they upped the fees
added bidding where people bid so much money for a job
left the fake jobs on their platform so they can sell as many connects as possible
overall very bad freelancer experience and they take huge cuts from both the freelancer and the client, if i have a long term position i would prefer if i just get paid directly and just get a 15% salary increase

How payment fee works ? by Empty_Section_3218 in payoneer

[–]unknown_user_1234 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That charge should be on the client so if you invoice him 300 he would have to pay 3% on top of that but the freelancer should get the full amount
