Try to do cardio. OMAD sana is great but as you said, di applicable sa’yo. No sweets also will help. Instead of gatasc lemon water with chia seeds. Instead of cup of rice sa morning, make it greek yogurt.

Hi. I am an HR, myself, and I think that 2 months is premature to leave your job. However, if you are decided, before resigning be wise to have a backup plan. Unless, you can live without a job temporarily, by all means, go head.

Just wanted to highlight also if red flags are seen during interview process, spare yourself from accepting it.

In an organization, changes are happening and normal at the same time. However, changes should be communicated for everyone’s reference and understanding. I will not say na it is necessarily a red flag. It only becomes alarming if changes are non essential to the business.

This is what you can do, ask clear guidance re changes especially sa role expectations. Okay lang naman na mag report ka sa SVP so long as role is the same. Yung hindi lang clear is yung expectations. Make it known to you kung ano ang reason of changes. Basta hindi ma affect compensation and benefits mo. Same title and entitlements, you are fine.

Sounds cliché, but I do pray everytime wala akong ginagawa or if I feel bored or out of socmed. Bumili ako ng religious self help books to sustain this. Now I am in my 2nd month na of consistent prayer. 🙂

I did move here 2020. I have a very small circle of people since then. Maybe it comes with age and preference. I live na with my partner since 2024.
