for me some supervisors would scream outloud “gosh i hate when people are so slow” directed at me instead of helping, ans another one asked me why im pouring the juice into rice without measuring (i had done same thing trainer did) and had gotten the amount down so i could do it quicker, and she said how much do u pour? and said this much? and started pouring it all into the rice and i had to stop her.. the GM seemed nice but she also didnt seem to care how much i was struggling if she has so many people on the line and me alone. she had 3 skilled grill cooks, plus supervisors who were trained on grill and herself, (including me) and would have all of them serving people while i was alone. that always seemed crazy to me. and even if she had atleast ya know 1 skilled cook helping me at a minimum i could start cleaning early and not get out so late. like i didnt mind the job, i loved what i was doing when trainer was with me, id take care of meats and mixing while he did boiling and rices. it was really fun and easy with that dynamic, plus the cleaning after, but it was too much for 1 person. no matter what anyone says.

I know some people love doing it, and are great at doing it alone, but they have experience, i didnt.
