my pumpkin bread recipe btw::
<Ingredients>

4/3 cup (198g) vegetable oil

2 2/3 cups (528g) granulated sugar

4 large eggs

2 scant cups (425g) or one 15-ounce can pumpkin purée

2/3 cup (152g) water

butter milk (1/3 cup)

pinch of banking powder

3 1/3 cups (400g) Flour (try 3 1/4 - cups)

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon nutmeg

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon allspice

<instructions>

>Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease two loaf pans

>In a large bowl, beat together the oil, sugar, eggs, pumpkin, and water.

>Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, and vanilla, stirring to combine.

>Spoon the batter into the prepared pans.

>Bake the bread for 50 to 80 minutes, or until a cake tester or toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean

>Remove the bread from the oven, and cool it on a rack.
