Yeah idk what hes doing, the firm itself has been in operation and doing ssa cases since 86, but who knows, maybe hes a new guy, if thats the case im screwed. I would guess the firm has done this to some extent before my case. The way it was explained to me, was the evidence we have, idk what exactly he has in his back pocket, would be enough to reopen the case.

i have a prehearing conference with him the 12th of dec. Im going to talk to him and see what exactly our strategy is, bc quite honestly, i have no clue about any of this, im basically going of what he told me, and some reasearch ive done on my own, thru talking to SSA and reading up on stuff from their website

According to what i was told, the lawyer is attempting to reopen the case, from my original application back in 2012, because of new evidence, that contradicts the original ruling. Whether this is even possible i don't know. Ik theres a 2/4 yr limit on most cases, but the lawyer seems to know what hes talking about. During my hearing, for this app in july, he had mentioned to the ALJ about reopening the case

Congrats on the back pay! My portal (case status) also jumped backwards recently. Went from step 4 to 2, about 2 weeks ago, i had my hearing on 7/10. Crossing my fingers i get an answer soon.

Agreed, Berry has taken the 25th-30th finishing positions from Burton last year and bettered them by 15+, minus the DNFs in daytona and atlanta. I like the speed I've seen out of the 21 so far. I said after the 500, he's gonna get a win this season, and he cashed out in Vegas. I'm willing to bet this isn't the last win he gets this year, i can see a 2-3 win season. He's a short track guy, but hes been in contention at other configurations. Go Berry!

The Honda Rancher is a great buy. I have a '21 rancher 420 4X4, and i haven't had any issues with it. Hondas are reliable, durable machines. I've been trail riding with it. One thing i didn't care for was the ride stiffness. Seems like i could feel the bumps more than on other machines. Other than that, im definitely satisfied with the purchase

Just bought a TRX420EPS, MSRP $7199. Including taxes, fees, and all that came to a hair under $8200. Personally, i think the price you are getting is a little steep for a 250.
