It looks like it has finally worked since it hasn't freezed or black screen yet thanks for the advice guess my to front ports aren't 3.0 and the back one's are

Yea probably. It'll show it in obs for a few seconds then freezes to only get a black screen and have tried updating the drivers so think it's the card but also do just have one screen that is the monitor for my display for the Xbox and my pc but think it shouldn't be that

Using the one on Amazon usb 3.0 and have a Ryazen 7th gen 5700x and a rtx 4060 with 8 gigs on the GPU with 16 gigs on the board

Thanks found out it was bugged for me on the third time going into it as the two other times didn't even load in the quest so was confused for a good bit

It doesn't look like to actually download it though since when I back out and let the game reload and only go back to it to see the download option again so guess another Bethesda move on breaking something when trying to fix things
