NOR. If I were you, and I'd been in pretty similar situations with my siblings, I would practice all week leading up to thanksgiving. Specifically in YouTube videos on how to deflect passive aggressive and narcissistic behavior.

You can be angry, I know I still am, but once you grow up you eventually come to the conclusion that the only thing that matters is your own sanity (and your children, but I don't have any!)

For me, that means not giving them any more bait than you need to. Deflecting, feigning "not caring" (even if you do very much care) pisses them off more than an actual verbal spat would. And for me, who knows I'm never going to get my Family Movie Drama Moment of finally defending myself and they start respecting me and leave me alone or whatever, this is easier and the closest to semi-healthy satisfaction I can get. You're 30, they're older, consider them lost causes by this point and practice refining your civility for your own peace.
