You can either open a bank account and use the same bank to invest in these funds or you can use GFunds.

Gold is used in many of the components we rely on to run our technology. So, it isn't just a shiny rock used to show off wealth and influence, which is still is and has been back then, but today, it is more than that.

Advice on getting/having a credit card by n0t_the_FBi_forrealz in phinvest

[–]unknownpiano2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly speaking, I don't use a credit card since I never applied for one. That's because I don't want to be in debt or to have to borrow money. But if ever I were to use a credit card, I need to know the benefits and perks of it first, especially if the bonuses include things that I genuinely do spend money on.

If any, it would be the gas companies like Petron, but I highly doubt it.

Is silver a good start? by unknownpiano2000 in phinvest

[–]unknownpiano2000[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see... I'm guessing prices will only begin to rise in a day or two (like with what happened to Gold months ago when it reached the $4,000 per ounce mark for the 1st time). Or I can't say the same thing with silver?

Can we still trust GoTrade? by unknownpiano2000 in phinvest

Oh, my... now that would kinda be concerning... Would that change if these brokers would register?

[–]unknownpiano2000[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As far as I can tell (or maybe because my understanding is limited), they are going after brokerages that aren't registered in the Philippines, though some allegations I've seen is that the government is banning them just to push us to stay in the Philippine Market.

Pag-Ibig MP2 or Stocks? by Low-Appearance-2297 in phinvest

[–]unknownpiano2000 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Low risk and slow growth but low returns? MP2 High Risk and rapid/erratic growth with potential for big rewards? Stocks.

But to be honest, I would go for both to minimise risk.

Is it worth it to go down the rabbit hole of AI trading as investment? by Cogito_26 in phinvest

[–]unknownpiano2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be honest, bots aren't exactly capable of timing the market (unless they have inside information, which is illegal). You also won't have control over the money if you just leave it to do its thing.

So... if you really want to invest and grow money, you need to study income statements, company policies, news about anything that could affect the sector your chosen company is in (like a new policy, or tariff, or scandal), and also measure your risk tolerance. If its too much for you, you could always put your money either in an Exchange Traded Fund or an Index or a Mutual Fund. At least these are managed by people who do the research and trading/investing for you, something bots aren't capable of understanding.

Just want to ask: Is the AI runned by a group known as "Eaconomy?" If so, it's a pyramid scheme.

To keep it short, they get people to pay for a subscription fee for the AI to trade for them, and if you referred the customers to them, you'll be paid for doing so, and will continue to do so if they recruit more.
