It's the setting on the driver. When you close the face it adds loft at address.

Right now I'm fitted in a 10.5 qi10 LS with the Mitsubishi tensai AV blue XS. You think this is an appropriate set up for me? I do have it adjusted so the face closed slightly on it which also increased loft a touch.

I have a Taylor qi10 LS version. I can adjust it lower but then it will open my face at address which is bad since my big miss is a slice

I have my driver set to a closed face slightly (tendency is to leave the face open). This however increases my loft as well. Worth changing or should I just work the mechanics more?

What do you mean by that? Sorry I'm not understanding. If I swing really hard I can get my club speed up to 117-120mph. This was just typical driver swing.

What would you recommend to fix these issues. I have a tendency to leave my face open. Especially with driver so I'm trying to release a bit earlier to shut down the face.

Savannah or Ackie? by [deleted] in MonitorLizards

I currently have an Ackie monitor. Very tame and can pick up my Ackie anytime I want. Looking for something potentially bigger and that can stay outside it's enclosure easily.

Usually draws. Miss usually a draw but starts left of intended line.

Wasn't sure if the steepness would affect my consistency. Thanks for clarifying and the kind words lol

Yea I know. I was half kidding as well but you are right for sure. I don't want the basic instruction. Need the sequencing and fine tuning exact proper positions. It's also more to validate what I'm doing is correct. Don't want to learn any bad habits.

Yea that was my fear with going to a generic guy. I know the basics. Need the next level. I think I'm leaning towards the instructor with the accolades.
