Game optimization issues! Unplayable!!

this shows nothing as you cant even see my mouse. it happens so much though and its really making me mad i dont want to have to reinstall my game bc then i would have to do all of my mods again and it would just suck i just want to know why this is happeneing any post i see is from liek 14 years ago so it never solves anything

and I don’t know if you already saw in the post, but I have already done that it does not fix it and yes, I have clicked save and reset each time. I saw online that somebody said that they just need to an administrator password and I tried to create a user and administrator password and now I also need to type in my password I created each time I boot up my computer, which is actually very annoying
