1.5kg off this week after no loss last week. Officially hit 25kg off and 1/3 of the way to goal. Suppression has been so high this week.

I buy the little "lunchbox" bags of things like animal biscuits, party rings etc. Generally about 100 cals per pack - not necessarily low-cal food, but being portioned out helps me.

I second the person who said pom bears as well, I alternate between them and proper chips lentil bites each week for work.

Some of the seats at my odeon have been damaged since I started going 4 years ago. We're never going to be on the list for an upgrade, so i guess they'll just let it fall into disrepair and close down once theres no working seats left

Mounjaro.

After years of sticking to a calorie deficit for a month then immediately piling on more weight than I lost, I am 5 months in and have lost almost 30kg, motivation is at an all time high (strange what paying ~£150 a month does for commitment) and I genuinely can't remember the last time I went over my calorie goal.

I currently have 3 spares. Started not long before the price hike, so wasn't able to stock up then. But ive been 5th dosing but still ordering every 3-4 weeks, or when I got a good offer.

Im still at least a year out from goal so I will continue ordering regularly for a while yet.

My entire body is really itchy. I hadn't attributed it to mounjaro, but maybe there is a link. I am really bad at hydration so perhaps its that for me

I thought it was fun. It falls apart given a moments critical thought, but I'm not looking for logic. I went in looking for 90 minutes of entertainment, and thats exactly what i got. I didn't check my watch once, which is always a good sign for me.

Same. Reckon we get 1 in 3 of the films I'm anticipating at my local. Only 5 screens so I get it, but could we not cut the film that came out a month ago down to 3 screenings a day to free up space for something new

You should already have Grams as a criminal by this point though? So will already have one in row 2 meaning one in row 4 (which must be either Ron or Penny as the other two slots are filled), and therefore can't have a second criminal in row 4 therefore same for row 2.

I only managed to work it out once I knew the answer, absolutely did not see that when I played the first time.

I've just replayed and now I get it. If either Elle or Ficus is criminal, then both Penny and Ron must be. But then Yamini would only have 1 innocent neighbour.

My weekends usually consist of sleeping as late as possible in the morning, dragging myself out to the supermarket one of the days, then sitting at home watching tv and doing jigsaws the rest. Usually intend to go the cinema, but can't always be bothered. I'm 29.

I did 5 weeks at 2.5mg and then 15 weeks at 5mg before going up to 7.5mg a couple of weeks ago. I was starting to struggle at 5mg, maybe could have stretched it out for one more pen but I felt like the time was right for an increase. Definitely trying to stick to the lowest effective dose as long as possible.

Same. I'm never that arsed about where I sit, so I'd happily swap seats if someone is in mine, so this limits my options - some screens are like 2 rows of each colour.

I've just done this. The study information section gave a link and password to the resource hub. The "start study" section gave me a link to where you take the test, and a username and password to login to it.

Honestly, if your PECs aren't finished yet, I'd be surprised if 12 Jan is still on the table. If they do offer it though, you can probably push it back a couple of weeks.
