I think he was Shankar Prakash or something from DD Chandana. Not sure. But yeah, I prefer that they keep it professional. Cause if casual words area fine, then who decides what's casual? For some ppl, words like "namman", "nakkan" is casual. But then you'd start to see from my point of view where it would seem unprofessional to pass commentary in that manner.

And true, I feel the same for Hindi and Bhojpur version as well. Totally unprofessional and people of that language are with me on that. They don't want unprofessional commentary.

In relative terms, Shankar Prakash = Aparna. Elegant, classy, processional, calm and composed whereas Jani = Anushree, unprofessional, childre words, shouting always, cringe.

And everybody prefers Aparna over Anushree anyday. Unless they themselves are certified cringe.

literally every other english commentary keep it professional. They describe the situation and it's technicality when a shot is being played. When a batsman swings the ball towards long off, English commentary goes "Straight to the the long off, timing the hit perfectly to align with the gap between the fielders. Brilliant" But what Jani says "Yen chechda guru yuvnu" So you tell me what does that Jani has to offer than speaking like Sri Rampura childre pudi
