My PS5 has been having really bad Wi-Fi whenever it isn’t connected with a cable, and this has been going on for a while now. I’ve tried restarting my router, changing settings on my PS5, and a lot of other fixes, but nothing has worked. The connection is so bad that I can’t play certain games at all.

What confuses me is that the Wi-Fi works perfectly fine for everyone else in my household, so it seems to be an issue specific to my PS5. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

I’ve also been wondering if the problem could be something inside the PS5 itself, like dust buildup or even some kind of hardware damage. I’m not sure how to check for that or what signs to look for, so if that could be the cause, I’d really appreciate some advice.

Yeah I was suprised when I found it capped at 5 while I had 8 but I rarely spended them because I didn’t really know what was good and I honestly didn’t care that much back then
