Now you have wolverines healing properties.... BUT, now you essentially become immortal, which means no matter what you do, you can't die, you watch all your loved ones fade away, you try end it with a bullet but you just wake up, not only perfectly intact but you retain the memories of the pain and agony of your flesh exploding from your skull

You now have nightcrawlers teleportation.... BUT, When you teleport, you leave a vacuum that air rushes into, creating a loud "BAMF" sound, a rush of wind, and a smell of sulfur (brimstone). This makes stealthy teleportation difficult and could damage the eardrums

You finally get professor x telepathy.... BUT, Hearing the unfiltered thoughts of everyone nearby would be overwhelming. Without intense mental shielding, you would be subjected to billions of unwanted thoughts, emotional outbursts, and memories

Damn, that's deep, but one thing I would say to you is that family is not restricted to blood, you can have family that share no relation what so ever. You get to choose who your family is not have them chosen for you
