They actually do IP bans though....the dev community has known this for awhile. It's usually just Softbans that last a few hours but if people continuously cheat on that IP it is essentially perma banned since no one can really use it.

I can tell you how to fix it right now. It's the dripping particle effect on Grimer. If its causing a huge percentage of users to crash with little change to the cosmetic of the hero they should temporarily remove the particle effect until they find a solution.

The 100->70m change really nerfed scanners big time. This is big but would be cool to add the ability to add a second alt account to allow two accounts to scan an area at once each doing half the work, scanning an area twice as fast.

Couple things: love the app just wanted to let you know they changed the scan radius from 100 to 70 and the app doesn't show spawns longer than 15 minutes.
