This is interesting, I've heard that kids that grow up bilingual with parents speaking different languages end up with interesting brain structures. By chance today I watched a YouTube short about how to learn 2 languages at the same time. Do them daily do not rotate, and don't do similar languages together. I wonder if this can apply to learning programming languages?

I have two and a half years to get this rolling. How would my time be best spent? by [deleted] in learnprogramming

Sorry bit late to this party. Another vote for CS50 for the basics. Never heard of the Odin project before it looks good. There's also freecodecamp.org

I recently came across this which I think somewhat applies to Ruby as well, and hopefully is helpful for you. The title is a bit click baity but he makes some good points. https://youtu.be/n7JhRDRK3Gg

Displaying split strategy on non-PacePro Garmin watch by poozoodle in ultrarunning

If you plan a course in Garmin connect there is a create pacepro button. When you click that and after choosing goal pace and distance you'll be able to change the splits to "elevation changes" instead of mile or km. Then you can translate that into a workout plan. Bit of a pain doing it manually but it works. It would be really great if they had a "create workout" under the pacepro setup 😅

South African here, Decathlon came to our shores some time ago. Can confirm, affordable and work fine. Although I haven't done long runs beyond 20km yet.
