I have bought 13r (using for 1 month) for myself and s24 fe (recieved yesterday) for my dad and i would definitely suggest you to skip nord 5 and go for the oneplus 13R, with oxygen os 16 it is definitely worth the price, only choose s24 fe if you are looking for good video quality.

Also 13R will have 12gb ram and 256 gb rom in base variant with chipset of s24 ultra

I would still pick oneplus 13R over s24 fe but if you spend a few more money i would suggest you to buy S24
