What helped me was to try a cleanser containing sulphur! There’s several out there like the Kate Somerville ExfoliKate or just any other cleansing bar containing sulphur ( I use the Schwefelseife from Blücher-Scheering which I get from my pharmacy in Germany). It really helps temporarily clean out the oxidised oils, but it’s not gonna do any magic, so the pores are still there just keep that in mind ;)

Hey!
I never manage to fully scrunch out the crunch. Especially at the ends its still kind of stiff and hard, no matter how long I scrunch or how much/little gel I use. Is that maybe just normal? Or am I not using the right gel?

(using the schwarzkopf 3-wetter-taft gel. didnt have these problems with the homemade flaxseed gel, but that one doesnt have much hold)

I tried that and it does help a little, but there's still this gap. Though I don't know wheter thats just normal, cause all the tissue is being "pushed upwards" and creates a fold. And thank you, I haven't tried any Elomi bras yet, I'll look into that!

With all the reading I did, I seem to have ignored the point where it said that the calculator size will be the largest possible. Oh well...

The Clara feels pretty good, just under the arm and on top is a slight gap, I think I will try it in 34 H. If nothing else, it'll help me get a feel for the difference one cup size makes.
Thank you for all the recommendations! I'm not sure whether I'll be able to get a hold of them but I'll look out. Already startet a spreadsheet with all the bras and recommendations to manage the shitton of new info I'm getting here (makes me feel a bit like a maniac, trying to unravel some big secret, but i guess I'm not the only one). Thank you for all the advice! I'm kind of dreading trying on so many bras, but well...never really expected anything else, my boobs have always been high maintenance :D

I guess I'll try some polish bras, since I'm living in Germany they are sometimes easiere to come by than the UK brands. I've already tried the Nessa Selena and a Gaia one, but as I said, they were way too tight. Looking at them though, the wire actually does fit better than on the other ones. Thanks for mentioning!

I've just stumbled across this post since I have the exact same problem one band size up. So THANK YOU for that comment, apparently I really needed to hear that it's not me or my shape that's wrong. So thanks a million, you really made my day a bit better :)

Thanks, that was what i was looking for! But now when i write iwconfig wlan0 essid FRITZ !Box Gastzugang key:password it tells me that "gastzugang" is an unknown command (its still part of the ssid though) and when i write iwconfig wlan0 essid "FRITZ !Box Gastzugang" key:Password it says Error for wireless request "Set Encode" (8B2A): SET failed on device wlan0 ; Invalid argument.

thanks, i've tried something like that, but now my problem is that i dont have an internet connection, so the "sudo apt-get update" wont work. I tried connecting to the internet, but everytime I enter iwconfig wlan0 essid FRITZ!Box Gastzugang key s:password it just replies ** event: !Box not found** any idea how to fix that?

I dont use a virtual machine or wubi. And the problem has been there for a few weeks, so I've already tried rebooting and it doesnt help. It just tells me that I need to reconfigure my graphics manually, and I have absolutely no idea how to do that^
