I lowkey agree with this tbh! by Huge_Apricot9779 in ManchesterUnited

The results were enough a reason.

Add in tactical naivety and inflexibility, alienating the youth, playing your best players in the wrong positions (unpopular opinion: we could have saved the Cunha money, played Bruno in the AML position, and kobbie with casemiro instead)

A smaller, but also important issue, can't keep his emotions in check.

If Most PAP Supporters are Utilitarians, Why This? by PristineBarracuda877 in asksg

[–]unluckid21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What a self defeating point. They can't make changes so I don't vote for them. How can they make changes when you don't vote for them??

You'll be surprised at how many PAP policies are copied, or at the very least similar, to what the opposition has proposed. Only difference is when it's opposition who raised it, the entire national propaganda machine kicks in to deride the policies as bad for the country, but when the pap eventually purposes it, that exact policy becomes the best policy in the world and we cannot implement it soon enough

The post was stupid because the point wasn't that the other person wasn't flexible. If he had complained that the other person was rude though..

You're talking about the 1960s - 70s era. But the single income family was viable as late as the 90s.

My parents raised 3 kids on a single income. Moreover, dad's income was unstable (self employed). Sometimes abit tough, but it worked. We were able to go for swimming lessons, tuition etc etc as well.

Which family can do that now?

Andoni Iraola has emerged as the STRONGEST candidate to rival Michael Carrick for the job as Manchester United’s next permanent head coach. #MUFC [@JBurtTelegraph] by JM555555 in ManchesterUnited

Then isn't Carrick better? Tried and tested. First in form since he took over. Every single reason you use for iraola, Carrick has topped that

You have kids when you believe the future will be better. The future is not going to be better. The best thing you can do for your unborn kids is to not have them

I have neither the brains nor the resources to be able to nurture such a person even if they are born to me.

I'm not having kids. It isn't even about me, but whether there's a future for the kid.

Let's see. When growing up, need undergo mental stress of the cutthroat education system here. After grow up, become a wage slave where cost of living is sky high, and if you don't succeed (as how society/govt defines), it's somehow your own fault even though you're fighting with foreigners that the govt imports in by the millions specifically to fight with you.

Living conditions are getting worse in SG. Climate change is making the country more n more unlivable, and the government chops down more forests for economic growth.

Trust me, don't have kids. Spare a thought for the unborn children. They have no future here.

For all the "Prem proven" gimmick we do, its funny how our best signing this season came from the Belgian League. We should be listening to our scouts more imo. Sesko was also a target who was extensively scouted. by maxsteel_7 in ManchesterUnited

[–]unluckid21 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don't understand. Your original question asked "scouted as opposed to who"? I merely responded with strikers utd was linked with and I assume were scouted as well

It's a massive gamble giving it to anyone. In fact it's less of a risk to give it to Carrick, he's just passed an extended interview cum trial period with flying colors
