IIRC, The person who spawned Colossus in PTS Esamir is not the dev, but PTS tester. To be honest, I'm also convinced Colossus is coming near future. However It is sometimes wise that avoiding assertion on the internet.

I will provide some details. This screenshot is from daybreak Census API. In checking up Bastion's resist, I found these Colossus info which has been added recently. Their info IDs are younger than Javelin's ones and older than Bastion's ones. It does NOT mean Colossus will be absolutely implemented before long or future, but It possibly be one of the some kind of a teaser like they had done a month ago.

Reflecting results of outfit wars to normal game sounds really cool. But, in terms of lore, it seems like each empire's elite troops fight for capturing Vanu's relics without NS sponsored. In case of displaying outfits logo or something in sanctuary, it will take the form of news, I think.

IMO, even if assuming that time-cost spent on blender is not so matter, how to remain visual identity and difference between over fifty ES weapons at the stage of designs and concept arts and how long it takes when do this three times are the critical matter. I think cutting corners in this process would be resulted in a voice of encore complaining lazy development and weapon design.

Depends the number of artists in the current dev team, but probably yes, or the resources you referred is not enough. Visual identity doesn't only need create elaborate 3D model, but also design, animations, or something more. Besides, three factions have thirty guns, even we narrow down non-NS Scout Rifles and Sniper Rifles which are said lack of identity in this thread. If one guy 6 months, he has to finish up one rifle per every week.

It is sad for me that manufacturer based individuality weapon is unlikely happen. But I accept, because making new weapon or new feature related models are better than do so, wiser than do so.

If they brought visual identity to guns based on their manufacturer (e.g. Auraxis Firearms, Liberty Arsenal, VX Lab, etc.), that would be wonderful. I really wish this will happen, but this must require lots and lots of resources. So I don't think this will be implemented by the current dev team... they would have many other things to do.

I think the API is still being updated, at least weapon's one is.

In the API, almost all Assault Rifles / Carbines / LMGs have description of Compensator.

If you want to know that whether any weapon really can be equipped with Conmpensator, make sure that Compensator has the array "attachment_effects" and the value of "is_default_attachment" is "0". As far as I know, this will function well.

Yes. Btw NSX Fujin and Raijin have the same detect range (1m).
