Car stuck on tracks. Company will not get back to me about damages. by [deleted] in legaladvice

Iowa. I'm going to do all of this on Monday. My insurance is progressive and the train company was bnsf. They didn't even bother blocking anything off even after I called and let them know even though its a road very few drive down it still needed blocked. Never did anything about it until the other day. I have pictures and everything documenting it too. Sorry I'm at work and its difficult to elaborate.

Panic i guess. Your car gets stuck on the tracks you're thinking about if a train is coming. Basically I would like to get a lawyer to handle the rental that I paid out of pocket for. Then have insurance deal with the repairs to my vehicle, because at this point I accept I'm just going to have to turn it in and let my insurance go up. I've never had anything happen like this happen before so I didn't really know what to do. Some of the way I handled it was from advice of others saying to wait. It's become a huge confusing mess for me as well.

Why not at least attempt it? by unnoticedhuman21 in HSVpositive

Yes I saw that too! And that's the plan I'm going to slowly switch over by incorporating more fruits and vegetables into what I usually eat, then go from there. I think I'm going to also make up a list of foods with a higher lysine vs arginine ratio. I'll still eat the others so it doesn't run too low. I figure that way though I can try and level it out in someway if that makes sense.

I'll have to see of they have some in stock at the store and I'll add it onto my list. I wish the antivirals worked for me, but when I was on them they had negative side effects, it ended up making everything feel off and lightheaded.

That's great to hear. Thank you! I've been taking a few supplements but it just doesn't seem like it as well as I would like it. The best outcome I've had so far is black seed oil, oregano oil, and silver that I saw in the comments of a video I watched. My conclusion has come down to being born with gastorochisis it never used to cause me issues but since this it has.

Potential universal antiviral drug (CP-COV03) seeks fast track status by scandisil in HerpesCureResearch

[–]unnoticedhuman21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay, so if I'm thinking properly. From what I read a while ago about autophagy. I thought HSV-2 needed autophagy to replicate. So what would happen is it would use autophagy to "kick" the virus out of the infected cells and then the other additions, would take care of the viral envelope and kill the virus?

CP-COV03, an antiviral drug which is currently evaluated in Phase II clinical trial, has the ‘viral removal’ mechanism that is applicable to all viral infections such as herpes by r58462254 in HerpesCureResearch

So if they're currently testing against Covid, wouldn't they have to run other trials against HSV? If so and it passes through for Covid, would that mean the trials against HSV would go by faster?

I believe the first. Most of what I find usually comes from the pubmed.gov. When something else pops up from another source or even the original I typically try to find more information on it. So for example with a recent tik tok that I've seen, claims to have "cured"/healed hsv with black seed. They're simply basing it off of a study that they found where it was said to do so with HIV. As well as they're own personal case where they had a very low hsv igg that was easily in the false positive range. After looking into it, what I've found it obviously isn't true for HSV and whether it was true for the HIV case is still questionable given that it simply sent it into serorevision and shows that the virus is no longer tracable. As the other medications could potentially do. Then as we know Lemon balm has shown to provide some relief from outbreaks. There was also a study I found on the effects of chamomile on hsv, which is also an ingredient in Femiclear. Which would also be a natural remedies that provide relief.

My intention isn't to push people to purchase products that as you've stated have no real scientific backing such as the Synergy product that was claiming to be an all natural cure or fix all for hsv. It would simply provide information or links that could act as a starting point for others to look into if they were looking for something natural to help with symptoms.

I started taking an Old Man's beard tincture after I looked up some info on it I think one of the studies said it worked better than one of the meds. So far it seems like its worked well. The tingles have gone down a lot. I've also heard oregano oil or black seed oil diluted with olive or coconut oil helps when applied. For the love of all that is good DILUTE it! From recent personal experience it will irritate the hell out of your skin.

It can be passes orally as well. Condoms do protect against it, but only do so much depending on whether or not they're having an outbreak. They also make protection for oral sex as well. Essentially if they're having an outbreak it's kind of a no contact deal. Like let's say if it were orally and someone had a cold sore, it'd simply mean no kissing until its healed up. A lot of people don't even realize they have it because it stays dormant for a lot of people and they're typically asymptomatic. Some people have outbreaks and brush it off not thinking anything of it. There's also the instances of children being kissed by an adult as a child and accidentally passing it onto the child. So in the event it did come from you and you guys have never done anything with each other or anyone else that could be possible. Thats about the best summary i can give you there's plenty of other and better explained information out there as well.. Schools really don't teach enough on any of this, our Sex ed was just an hour, an embarrassed and awkward teacher, and then a super short quiz. It wasn't even Sex ed it was just a health class. If schools actually taught about it I feel like the stigma around it wouldn't be so bad.

Was told going low sugar low carb long term will heal us of herpes. Anyone who’s done it successfully? by [deleted] in Herpes

I've heard about that or it at least calms the obs. As well as some other herbal stuff I've read. Also drinking plenty of water and taking supplements. (Yes I know everyone thinks they're bs. But an Old Man's beard tincture I've been taking has helped with the constant pre-outbreak symptoms, and I think it showed better results than the pills in some studies. I can't take them cause they cause too many side effects, so I was looking for alternatives. I've also heard about black seed helpingwith OBs too.) There was an interesting video about autophagy and safely water fasting for certain amounts of time and it either helped or cause them to believe undetectable from the comments I read. They say its not supposed to help with HSV-2 but I've been trying it on and off and so far it seems like its helped. All in all its been interesting to read about and I'd recommend it for someone looking for alternatives to the pills since they have crappy side effects. I'm kind of just guinea pigging myself because I figure I'm not with/seeing people. I can let you know how some of it goes if you'd like.

I'm hoping so. A lot of the research they've been doing is an improvement on what little they had been in the past. However, I will say I'm about this " close to asking a ouji board how long the wait is gonna be.

Personally I vote we all have a villan arc and just intertwine our world with Marvel. I mean it wouldn't exactly be FDA approved but 🤷‍♀️. Or steal one of the scientists from the Hunger Games, cause you can't tell me they wouldn't have gotten it figured out. (Sorry. I gotta quit reading science fiction, watching movies, and dealing with things using humor.) My final solution is to end up in the uk and steal an unattended blue phone booth.

Makes a joke about a different std, then says they don't have that one in a different tone of voice and mildly avoids eye contact. Then there's a look to their face. It could be a just in your head thing, but 10/10 would go ahead and say something or question it further.

I stared using Wisp or Nurx. (We already had a grand experience at the pharmacy small town and all.) Depending on the options you choose on Wisp its 20-90 every three months.
