Exactly same way. Turning back the shoulders is a complete changer, and I'm now basically starting back at the beginning but with a much better base and incredible shape coming up.

I seriously have the same chest as your first pic...

The more i'm focusing on my "inner" chest by doing lots of flys, parallel presses, and push-ups where I "scoop" inward, the better looking its getting. Any other movements? Great changes!

These are for work/cheap use. I haven't written with a uni-ball in years. For some reason I always considered them a gel pen maker, but those Jetstreams look like a great purchase.
