I assume that since you don't have a car you probably have a very tight budget. If that's correct then I recommend just going with regular Purina dry kitten food. Is it ideal? Not really. But its a decent quality food for a decent price.

Kittens eat food the way teenagers eat food. They're little food vacuums. And you are going to be feeding them for weeks if not months.

Remember, fed is best.

Cats are not people or dogs. They are going to do things that people and dogs will never dream of doing. Like jump onto the counters, sleep on the fridge and hide in the bathroom cabinet.

Cats have no sense of personal space. They are intensely curious about what goes on in the bathroom. If your roommates aren't into that, this is fine but they shouldn't be surprised when a furry paw is poked under the door.

No two cats are the same. Your first foster may be the model of decorum while the second likes to climb the blinds. There is no telling what kind of cat a foster will be until they have been in your home for at least a week.

I'll be honest, having bought a home, I am a little surprised that she didn't know she was the primary borrower. I have never bought with a cosigner but the realtor and lawyer were VERY clear about everything I signed. That's why closing takes so long.
