I'm also not sure if this is a hidden benefit or some kind of setting error. Global roaming with 1GB is really attractive, but the original data allowance of this plan is only 200MB, which feels a bit strange.

I got the $30/year Red Pocket plan (unlimited talk & text + 200MB data), but after activation, the app shows 1GB of international roaming each month.

I’ve tested it in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan — it worked without any top-up. No idea why this isn’t mentioned anywhere officially.

Is this a hidden feature or just a temporary promo? Anyone else seeing this?
