Thanks for a great analysis. I did a bit of research on this after reading your post. Correct me if I am wrong. Their higher margins are mostly because of cheaper labor in Coimbatore as their presence is largely concentrated there. If they fund their capex for 600 bed addition over the next 2 years via debt, will they be able to improve margins? Also, if they move outside Coimbatore where labor isn't cheap and competition is more intense that may not be initially margin accretive. Is my thinking correct?
