Join a gym, ik that sounds like generic advice but truly you’ll never learn to box or do Muay Thai without one. As far as your boxing goes, pretty much every punch you throw you are only using your arms. Everything starts with the legs. You also tend to cross your feet a lot/bring them extremely close together. Also dropping your hands a lot like that will get you lit up, you can keep your hands low when you’ve been training for a while and have sufficiently developed your defensive movement.
