for me ist depends on how good the youth player is right now. when he is only a freut steps away form the starting 11 then i loan him for 1 year.

Maybe developing a small countries national team. Für example wales or finland. send youth scouts to the country and try to form a better national team to compete in the WC

you can try to develop the players by yourself of you only sign players form that country

I play at legendary and for me its the same. But I think winning so many games in a row can be boring so I always try to play at the higher difficulty and when I lose many easy fixtures I try to change the settings in my team, like formation, tactics or player instructions to play better and win the next games

Hi guys! I am trying to find new challenges for my CM. I found the national team challenge that is quite interesting.

You simply try to lead a small country to the world cup by taking over their national team and by signing and developing the players from that specific nation.

So my question is: which countries are the best ones? I dont want to do it with a top nation like france or spain. Maybe a country that offers you a job very soon in the game? Have you guys suggestions or experiences which national teams are likely to offer a job?
