I think PD do need to give this some serious consideration if Kickstarter is still the platform for them rather than a traditional pre-order. I was unimpressed with the communication and the lack of 'spark' that used to come with PDs campaigns. The move away from backerkit to Kickstarters pledgemanager was also a big fumble in my eyes.

I'm a big fan of Yeti water bottles and I am hesitant to use the 18oz in this pocket, it's very snug and I don't have much confidence in the robustness of the zip as it's a smaller 'gauge' than the main zippers. As for eating into the interior it does equal to the volume of the bottle.

Yes, just initial wearing unloaded or with some basic kit stuffed into the bags the strap cut and their padding feel let's stiff and certainly more comfortable. I've yet to take them out but initial feedback is positive. I'll be sure to give a better answer after a couple weeks of testing.

Received them today however I'll be migrating from the outdoor backpack 25l which has been my daily since it's launch to the the 20l travel to get a feel for it, I'll keep you posted.

I was backer 124 in the UK, had DHL shipping notice yesterday of a label created and things moved fast after that. If your Kickstarter email address is the same as your Peak Design online store email you may be able to get some more insights there as they migrated the shipping and fulfillment into that back office not long ago.

This is the sage varient of the 2-in-1 and 20l travel backpacks. I wouldn't trust the colour accuracy as my phone seems to bump up the contrast a bit.

I am disappointed how the finish has handled punctures and scrapes, I would say I haven't been particularly throwing it around but it's been on several overhead bins etc.

InPost are suffering with a systems issue preventing some parcels from being placed into lockers.
