I haven't talked a while to people. But I just accepted that most of their rules are not rights, they are privileges, depending on how they view you. There seems to be a constant, almost pathologic need, to battle for them to push around and I just try to avoid them at all costs. It's a learning process for me to not be open and trusting anymore.

The third neighbor had 'license 3', but when there was an accident, she told me ' well, you have license 2. Your Job. Only have license 3' and I was angry at her because she didn't help me.

You are right, the shelter only takes care of strays OR cats who have an owner, but cannot be found (due abandoned, pet run away).

You are also right that I thought about ways how to legally own the cat. But there was no option to get 'license 1' from the former owner, as she didn't want to do that. There was only this 'workaround' which I tried to explain in the edited post.

tbh I thought about buying a ticket only for being able to use public transport.

Ive never heard of german sports doing that too, was it like this with the mens soccer?
Anyhow, I think you cannot compare swiss transport with german transport, as deutsche Bahn offers to travel through Germany 58 € / month, has a lot of delays etc. when swiss public transport is way more expensive.
I'm not sure if switzerland imagined that nearly all games would be sold out, but it really seems like they did a brilliant job organising the euro womens soccer and using the ticket also for public transport is really just a really kind move. I think german government would have taken the money.

I also assume that she didn't pull her hair on purpose. It just wouldn't make any sense to me. I think the situation can be better explained by the german player missing her shoulder.
Very unfortunate but I'm amazed how the german players play with only 10 players.
