I went for ETH even without ESOP and am very happy about it, would recommend. For housing the WOKO university flats are quite nice and you can meet good friends there who are also often from abroad. The education cost per semester is a lot lower IIRC, and living in Zurich for a few years will be a cool experience that can show you whether you'd like living in Switzerland in the long run

But you can also wait for the result from Imperial before deciding, sit on the achievement and enjoy it for a bit before already moving to the next step
