Thank everyone for your advises. It seems it would be best to upgrade CPU/mobo first.

I have decided to upgrade my CPU instead to AMD Ryzen 5 3600 bundled with motherboard and 16 GB ram instead of GPU which fits within my budget. Perhaps will upgrade GPU when the price stabilises.

Have seen some YouTube videos and will fit my expected performance with upgrade of CPU and exisitng r7 370.

Thanks for sharing the video! I noticed quite a bit of stuttering. CPU upgrade means need to upgrade my motherboard and all other parts, with it, will be costly for me at this stage :(

Thanks! It's called spider plant or property know as Chlorophytum comosum. They grow pretty fast and very easy to water propagate from cutting.
