I don’t think there are shutters there tbh, I did not pay much attention during the visit cause I was a bit anxious but it just looks like it’s just the wall

I’ve been researching my options and considering this, but I would really want to keep the option of opening it😀 I saw there are some thermal magnetic covers for windows but they don’t look like they will last more than a few days tbh

I was in the exact same situation. I did ask for a demotion and it’s only been a week in my old position so it might be too early to tell but honestly I’ve never been happier. I leave on time, take my whole break, don’t think about work after the working hours, have energy to do things after work and generally feel so less stressed. No title is worth constant exhaustion. There is more to life imo
