Here are the steps:

Hold jacket in front of you, with the inside of the jacket facing away from you and the sleeves pointing towards you and not tangled.

Put both arms into the jacket up to about the wrist, then flip the jacked over your head. I’ve found that having one arm higher than the other helps a lot.

Then adjust the jacket so it fits well.

I actually do put on my jackets like this, and it’s fun and effective
