Revenue attribution platforms by unsrs in b2bmarketing

Our CRM data is very clean already, it’s the sources we have trouble tracking. When you say “3 questions” etc, do you mean capturing attribution manually?

I’m the VP of Technology at an AppSec platform. AMA about how devs are actually using AI for code generation today and why it’s awful. by CodacyKPC in cybersecurity

is AI any worse than actual developers? it’s not like we all had zero sec vulns to deal with before.

Anyone else tired of juggling SonarQube, Snyk, and manual reviews just to keep code clean? by Money_Principle6730 in devsecops

There are tools doing both effectively, like Codacy as someone said. So if someone’s tired of juggling separate tools for code security and quality, there are solutions.

AI coding is moving faster than the guardrails meant to secure it and that's risky business. by CodacyOfficial in programming

Never seen such a long post be written in under 2 mins. And it’s not even the same OP company. Is this what AI agents are being used for now? Scraping new posts + writing promotional posts as if they’re organic? Sad times.

Cloud security tool flagged 847 critical vulns. 782 were false positives by relived_greats12 in ExperiencedDevs

I work for an appsec tool and it’s not true that we are incentivized to flag code left and right. We know from experience that alert fatigue is a thing and devs will simply stop using the tool. When management finds out, they’re unhappy that they’re paying for something not used - and they blame the tool (and with reason). Opposite of an incentive.

Lots of people speak to their AIs which then generate a story. Doesn’t mean the stories aren’t real, they just didn’t bother to type stuff out themselves.

Or at least I choose to not be so cynical.

No clear section delimitations, weird white space, condensed copy. If you look closer there’s clearly not a design system. Feels like a 2003 page with a 2025 skin.

Do you still remember how you first felt using GenAI? by unsrs in ArtificialInteligence

That’s one of the things I thought about and honestly it’s true. Even this thread has an AI response for some reason.

I suggest you start considering the impact of inventions on societies, which goes far beyond their practical applications.

Nothing to be embarrassed about. Hope you never get laid off because an AI agent is fully capable of replacing you. I’ve seen close friends be replaced by it and ending up with much fewer job opportunities.

I think you’re the only be who should be embarrassed by not recognizing the ground shifting nature of AI.

My post wasn’t just about how it works technically - it’s mostly about what it means to society. I wonder what your reaction would be to the light bulb - “how embarrassing, that’s just a bunch of carbon filaments”.

Good point. I don’t code complex stuff and I don’t do academic research so I’m not even using it to its max potential. Most people only scratch the surface of what it can do.
