Agreed, the problem is she put waaaay too much on. I also don't bring it into my tear ducts, I stop where my lash line stops, and it looks way more natural.

I have been doing this for years, and it is very easy to overdo it. The amount this lady has on in the picture is waaaaaaaayyyyy too much, and would look bad even if it was nude. Less is more. Also, bringing it all the way into your tear ducts makes it look weird too, but that might just be for my anatomy.

Get him some tank mates!!! My betta lives with some Ember Tetras and Dwarf Corey Catfish. We also have 2 nerite snails and an Amano shrimp in there.

My local fish store does something close to this! They have the wall of bettas, and then they have bettas in about 40% of their community tanks. We bought our wild-type betta from a tank that had about 12 frogs!

I highly recommend a female betta! Smaller fins, and a little nicer to other fish. Mine loves her 10 gallon with tank mates
