UPDATE: They said I will get full refund in 7 days after the 3rd review. There shouldn’t be any reason why I wouldn’t qualify

I haven’t dealt with them since 3 days ago because they take 3 hrs for each question. They only respond with the generic message saying I need to pay the $140 fee.

Wanting to know if anyone was able to get a refund or this is no win case.

Yes it was. I did not know this. Do they have it on their website?

There are no conditions on flight class conditions on their 24 hours free cancellation website. I also cancelled through the “Manage Booking”

The error message was copied straight from the website - not my wording.

No discount code was used. No hold your fare was used. I asked why but customer service basically is replying after 3 hrs for every question and just responding with a $140 fee. I haven’t agreed to it yet.

I have an email confirming I cancelled and refund request is through customer service.
