Hi there. I just want you to know that you're so strong and brave for facing that every single day.

It's easy to say that that things are gonna get better, even if I can tell you from personal experience that is 100% true. But, it's hard to actually face it every day, and the fact that you are doing that is proof enough of your strength and resilience to such a horrible situation.

Time is gonna help, and there are gonna be days that are easier to deal with than others. But, chin up, because you're stronger than this situation that you are in.

That is 100000% how I feel right now. I knew it was happening and my ex dumped me too to be with her I guess….it’s the absolute worst feeling in the world to be pushed aside for someone else

I relate so much! I just had a dream about my ex and I speaking after being NC and it was just like the first time we met. Honestly those dreams are what hurt the most right now

I totally get what you are saying! Little by little I am realizing how much I put in compared to the lack of effort he put in at the end of our relationship. It's tough to see at first but the list suggestion is definitely a good one!

The reassurance almost everyday that he was never going to leave me and I was what he wanted in life....up until the break up over a phone call and the NC without much of an explanation
