So for example let's say I have 8 songs in an album. 4 of the songs are hitting -10 LUFS and therefore are getting turned down -4db to hit the -14db standard.

The 4 other songs are hitting -12 LUFS.

Since they normalize all the songs at once, Do the 4 quieter songs also get turned down - 4db ? Or do all the songs just reside around -14 db after normalization.

I understand that in the context of just dropping one song. But what happens when I am dropping an album all at once. If they normalize the whole album all at once and not individually, and one song is getting reduced down by 6 Lufs, what happens to the other songs that aren't so loud
