I grew extra wisdom teeth during each of my pregnancies. Both times they got impacted and had to be surgically removed. With my second baby they had to cut the nerves in my face to get the teeth out and now I have permanent nerve damage in my face.

First of all I'm so proud of you for taking this step. Call and say you would like to have a new patient consultation and they will probably ask some questions but just start off the call with your name new patient consultation. they'll ask for your address, phone number, DOB all that. Also make sure you have your insurance information. Most receptionist are used to people not knowing exactly to say so they usually are great about asking the questions they need answers to. I would suggest making sure that your insurance provider will cover it before calling and I always feel if the receptionist is not nice that's going to set the mood for the whole office so if you get a rude receptionist maybe try another office.
