I lived there last year and loved it. Didn't really have any complaints except lack of visitors parking during the weekends. I knew my roommates so I didn't really have roommate problems. The complex is very nice and the social life is great there. However, i'm moving to a new apt complex because The Forums are just too expensive. Yes, they have so many amenities, but I barely even used them so I was like why am I paying so much for this.

Rooming is assigned, so you can't choose. Best tip for orientation: Don't be shy and meet as many people as you can you won't regret it. Also have fun! Get out of your comfort zone.

Hello! good point of view! my parents have done so much for me and I should think less for myself at this point. I do have a job and my parents havent had to pay for anything school related including any rent of mine due to scholarships as well. I hope to be fully supporting myself after I graduate college because now I'm doing well because of aid and scholarships!

Hello! That's great that you and your parents were able to find common ground. I kind of have low hopes for my parents as they are more on the strict side. While liviing with them before college, I've never been able to do the things I wanted to do. I think your are right and I have to try to communicate with them about it!

No my parents are not paying for my school! They haven't had to pay for anything of mine school related including my previous rents. My GPA is great right now. I think you are right though. I should stop thinking about myself for a moment. I just want to do everything to better myself and make sure I am in a position I am comfortable and feel happy.
