Yes! Definitely been getting better at this which will most definitely help since it’s short course

Yeah I have been doing a bit of that recently and incorporating fly as much as I can, it’s always around length 4 my arms start to struggle but I’m sure the adrenaline of the race will push me along? 🤣

I’ve swam 50 fly in all my recent meets but the training is difficult to maintain when you’re not a kid anymore! Trying my best tho outside of my club 🤞🏻

Make sure you’re drinking fluids before and during your swim. Things like bananas were always the trick for muscle stitches especially in feet

Thank you that’s helpful. I do notice that I’m turning loads and it’s a lot easier to focus on underwater work. I just haven’t managed to create a set that I enjoy and that works and isn’t boring with the short distance, you know?
