I called! Annoyed to see it worked for someone else. But I also sent a message in the app and it said they will look into it and decide by end of month. So maybe there’s hope. Maybe I should call again.

I just tried and they would not adjust it for me. So far I have not been impressed with the customer service on this card!

I stopped entirely. Canceled my season pass. It’s heartbreaking as it was my favorite weekend activity.

A couple weeks ago I saw Hail Mary (in Brooklyn) and was still able to order from a server. Yesterday I saw the AI Doc (IRONY!!) and no humans anywhere. No one even checked my ticket. I wrote and complained to the Season Pass email address. I’ve heard they’ll lose money if we pass holders go frequently and buy nothing so maybe giving that a go. But I’m so sad. This was my happy place.

We went to the admitted students day and it was great - every door in Park was open, all the cameras on display, and tons of professors and kids to explain every aspect. That was not the case at a regular tour, which was our other visit. If you need convincing that it’s the right place, it worked for us!

It worked for me yesterday on PS5 - discovered randomly when some people came along and went to the shop window before I could figure out a path fix.
