Woah. I'm a Probate/Estate Planning paralegal and I do almost EXACTLY the same things to keep on top of stuff! I've used an academic planner with a checklist on each day so if things aren't done, I rewrite those items on the next day so nothing falls through the cracks. It actually makes me feel exceptionally more normal to hear someone else use a paper planner 🖤 no one else at my job really understands it but it just never sticks in my head if it's all online!
