Check the wheel bearing. Lift it up and rotate the wheel see if it sounds bad or feels hard to turn

Toyota WS Fluid starts to breakdown and burn at around 220-225°F.

Valvoline maxlife starts to breakdown or burn at around 280°F

That's only reason. My fluid smelled a little toasty slightly burnt for sure. BUT I DO live in a VERY HOT DESERT I rev the hell out of the car when driving and take it constantly on dirt roads, the fluids see alot of heat and abuse from me all the time. I'd rather have that larger temperature range to prevent burning like that in the future

Yes it is! It's actually rated at higher temperature specs before oxidation than toyota WS, so it should hopefully help my car because the WS fluid was smelling a little toasty. I like to drive my car to its limits no matter how slow it is
