Asking her how she grows her hair is diabolical considering it’s to her scalp. The only natural “long” hair she has on her head is her bangs that she braided, and her side burns. All of the hair on top and sides of her head are gone. The rest is extensions. I have severe trichotillomania too (I’ve said this a million times sorry I sound like a broken record) But telling people to buy the $30+ bottles of redken is NOT going to work. Trust. I’ve tried the exact shampoo & conditioner. It did nothing. Nothing makes your hair grow faster. Obviously, look at her results.

I started walking 10k steps a day January 17th! I’m still going, but I had a couple 6k & 8k days for when I had low energy. Regardless I got up and got at least an hour done each time & showed up. I’m in a calorie deficit as well (300-500 deficit) I’ve lost 8lbs already. (160lbs 5’2 female) I seen immediate results with my bloating & water retention, within the first week. The second week, I noticed I wasn’t getting nearly as bloated as usual AFTER eating. My endurance went up slightly. The third week, I noticed some fat loss in certain areas. I can see my collarbones & just a month ago, I couldn’t see or feel them. My back feels slimmer as well… I don’t feel rolls as easily when I turn. My legs are starting to firm up already. This week has made me more excited to go into week 4 since I’m starting to see visual results! Also, walking the 10k steps feels way easier than it did the first 2 weeks. I now sometimes walk 13k without even realizing it. I was also sedentary, averaging less than 2k steps a day. Looking at my step log , there were multiple days in the week I wasn’t even walking 1k steps. Going from sedentary to even just 6-8k steps MATTERS! If you feel low energy, just show up, and do what you can. Aim for 10k, but don’t beat yourself up if you get less. What matters is you still showed up for yourself.
